Once we've analyzed all your information, we set our imagination free. This is the phase where anything can happen, and we remain open to all possibilities. Rest assured, we'll keep you engaged and inspired with ideas, images, colors, and textures so you won`t be missing on the fun.
We`ll put our skills to work to help you visualize ideas in 2D and 3D, always excited to hearing your feedback. Together we`ll figure out what it is that best represents you and your style
getting into the nitty-gritty of it all
Design Development
Upon your validation of the design concept, we transition into the development phase where we delve into the finer details of the project.
We detail our plans, technical drawings and 3D models making sure to incorporate your feedback along the way.
We carefully choose suppliers that align with your preferences and budget, initiate the procurement of all the furnishings and materials, revise the project budget, and aid in the selection of trades that will execute the project successfully.
At the end of this phase, you will have all necessary documentation to proceed with design implementation.

Design implementation
Once construction begins, everything needs to be carefully planned to happen in the correct sequence and at the right time. Availability and lead-times of all furnishing and materials need to be taken into consideration when scheduling site-work. Different trades will be scheduled to do their part and someone will have to make sure that the materials and fixtures will have arrived before they start. This is why it is crucial that you start the design process early so that all the design documentation is complete and procurement orders placed before you start construction.
We will accompany you all along the implementation phase and make sure things are built according to the design intent.

Project management
Project management is not an actual phase of your project but rather an intrinsic, ongoing effort that supports the creative process and keeps things running smoothly. It is also the part that keeps your headaches at bay.
It includes all the administrative aspects like scheduling & coordination with external consultants, suppliers and trades, site-supervision, request & analysis of price estimates, shop-drawings, updating budgets and … the list goes on.
It may be the least visible part of the project yet essential to any successful outcome. We’re not just about pretty drawings - we've got your back through it all because nothing beats the joy of seeing your big smile at the end.
